Adventures in Sandwich-Making

Sometimes I really enjoy making sandwiches. Today’s lunch:

Toasted wheat with one egg over easy, sautéed onion, apple slices, 2% plain Greek yogurt, and Frank’s Red Hot.

My boyfriend thinks I’m weird for putting apple on sandwiches, especially paired with hot sauce, but I like the strange combination, and if that’s wrong, then I don’t wanna be right!
